Seriously, Colin does not age. He looks no different in that pic than he did in Merlin for three seasons. Really, the only thing that changes about him is his hair and weight.

Oh sweet, that picture from the talent show! I'm going to guess it's the same one where he didn't win but didn't let that discourage him. And in the same post Quirke pics too, so yeah, he didn't win the talent show, but look how far he's come :D
