I feel bad for the Atlantis actors, but agree with Reverie-Indigo that if you can't make an exciting tale out of the Greek myths, which are certainly as famous as the Arthur/Camelot myths if not more so, then something is very wrong. Not saying that it's the actors' fault - they are speaking the lines they are given. But Colin/Bradley/Tony/Richard and so on had the exact same level of quality of scripts, but their acting and presence made up for what the scripts lacked. So far it seems (and I must admit here I haven't seen Atlantis as I'm in the States), this group of actors can't make up for what they are being given. But Atlantis may regain ground. Merlin dipped on several occasions too. And the producers know they have two seasons to tinker, add characters, etc. to build an audience. So we'll see.
