Colin Morgan | 'Quirke' airdate?

The BBC programme info up till September 13th is available at MediaCentre since today but no airdate for even the first episode of Quirke can be found. The DVD release date is still listed for September 9th on all major DVD selling websites but it doesn't seem very likely for them to release the DVD box prior to the TV premiere, right? :/

It's weird! As today they're going to screen Quirke in Edinburgh, there could be some announcement, who knows?

Also looked for an airdate and could not find anything. I thought it had been scheduled for the end of August, but - apparently not!
I think it is weird that they release the DVD BEFORE showing it on TV.
Maybe they are only releasing it on DVD????

I very much doubt that. It's much more likely the DVD release date will be postponed instead.
