Mhmm, I'm not sure how reliable the source is and whether these are real spoilers. Somehow it seems odd that Jeff'd do an excessive Q&A where he basically revealed no spoilers and just a day later a fan run site (that usually just copies info from other, more 'professional'/known sources) posts way more spoiler-y information on an episode Jeff ( Read more... )

Really hoping for the same extras. :) Was hoping for cast commentaries too esp. since the series one ones are hilarious :D

Can't wait to get my copy of the DVD.

Since the S1 extras were identical on the Region 1 and 2 DVDs I guess it won't be different with S2. Or at least I hope so.

I've pre-ordered the (Region 2) DVD ages ago, I just wish they'd also release it on May 21st already. *grabby hands* Here's me hoping for all the extras to show up on YT shortly after the US release, though.

I really hope we get the same, but sometimes with DVD extras I have had either no DVD extras or extras missing. :(

I do wish the DVD would have come out here before June 3rd, so I could have done a series 1 and 2 re-watch right before series 3 starts. I am still going to do that though. ;)

Yeah, I'm not sure about that spoiler either. It'd make sense for the flashbacks but for modern day?

As for the S2 DVD info...such a shame that they'll apparently be no cast commentary, particularly when it's THIS cast.

Also, boo to the fact that we have to wait till June 10th for Region 2. I mean Season 3 will be on by then!

It just doesn't make sense. If she was the Alpha of the Hale pack she had to die in order for Laura to become an Alpha - so her surviving the fire is a theory that doesn't seem likely. And if she'd be resurrected through whatever miracle she wouldn't be an Alpha anymore (well, at least Peter lost his Alpha status when he came back so I guess she wouldn't come back as an Alpha either). Seems more likely we'll only see her in flashbacks

And unless they don't plan to continue to reveal more of Derek's background via flashbacks in later episodes I don't really see how the character of his mother could become a series regular.

I really like Jeff and I'm glad we'll have commentaries with him but I'm rather disappointed that there probably won't be any cast commentaries. :(

June 10th... that's even after the S3 premiere. And I'll have to wait even longer for my box to be delivered because I live outside the UK. *sobs*

I never thought about the Laura becoming Alpha thing but yes, you're right, their mum would have had to have died. I reckon it must be flashbacks. Either that or some kind of hallucination that Derek starts seeing.

It sucks that you're gonna hve to wait even longer for the boxset. :-(

I'm tempted to leave getting S2 on DVD for a while, as there'll be no cast commentaries. It'll also come down in price after being out for a while as well.
