Assuming the sketch pictures his new 'bachelor/dude loft' (spiral staircase FTW) I absolutely LOVE it. Not only because it looks cool but also because there are windows and hopefully he's got a proper kitchen and a working bathroom. Not to mention a BIG BED (Stiles' looks so small D: ).

Derek should install a rubber wall in his living room. With that in place he could slam Stiles up against the wall without doing (too much) harm to his "147 pounds of pale skin and fragile bones". #sterekinteriordesigntips101

It was brilliant to see so many people on twitter getting excited over a character like Derek having furniture!

Also, again, NOT totally and utterly jealous that they both got personal time with one Dylan O'Brien. ;-)

Derek deserves to experience some positive things in his life for a change. And if it's only a functioning flat/loft with sparse furniture. ♥

Plus Derek having an actual living space means that other characters like Stiles can spend more time with him. ;-)
