ofc we talked about this on twitter but yeah this story rly became an exercise in writing abt an immature college guy trying and failing to deal well with his own feelings and being held up on some sort of pedestal by the other person he's seeing. i'm really happy that you had an emotional reaction to it AND especially happy that it rang true to you because that was definitely a struggle as i wrote it lmao u__u it's not a mean comment!! i'm really happy you let out your feelings in this actually bc it means i succeeded in doing what i set out to do ;~;
