About the rats. . it's a really nice gesture Adam. Honestly. I'm just really hesitant about the cage you described. There are a LOT of problems with wire cages. Not least being that a three tiered cage is going to much harder to hide, and if it's just bars and no glass. . I've got 4 dogs, Adam. That's gotta be terrifying for them. I really don't want to tempt my dogs to bite the cage or try and get at them. A larger acquarium would be absolutely fine. I'm really nervous about wire cages. . I've heard so many horror stories.

Before you get them the cage, I'd really like to see a picture of it first or something. Either via phone or if you've got a digital camera you could send me a picture via email.

I really don't mean to be ungrateful. . I'm just not sure it's what's best for them. Their cage is a little small, yes, but they're doing

aye, don't you worry, I won't be getting anything without your approval, and it's not like I'll be throwing away the old cage anyway.

Good point about the dogs though, they did have some enclosed cages that were also pretty big. I'll show you when i get back there.
