This comment has nothing to do with anything that already happened, I just don't want to do a whole new post.
Friendship is odd. Destroying the hope of your friends is at least as important as helping them out in times of need. I don't know why/how I can separate the two, actually. Realism between friends is the ultimate. I believe right now that it is how one can separate the true from the there. Alex is the bomb.
