I'm not really sentimental, but it still seems really cool to have all the recipes your mom made over the years all together. Really sweet of her.

Like I said, I put high values on heirlooms. It's really important to me to have things to pass down. Like I have a a middle name that's been through my great grandmother, grandmother, mother and now me. Why they gave it to me and not my older sister, I don't know, but I'm glad to have something to pass down.

I'm trying to create other heirloom items, too. Like my mom recieved a necklace from her almost-fiance (Like, he would have married her if she hadn't married my dad. Which is fortuanate and unfortunate. Fortunate because if the hadn't gotten marries, there whould have been no me, unfortunate because he was pretty hot...) that was worn by Queen Victoria. I've already convinced my sister to let me have it when the time comes, and I plan to pass it on.

I know! I was so excited that my sister bought it for me! She was going to be in Florida when it shipped, though, so she shipped it to my place, but I gave her the wrong zip code on accident and I was afraid I wouldn't got it... >.>
