We went through a koala phase in our relationship when I was absolutely obsessed with the fact she could drive down the road to her children's school and snap a picture of the local koala sitting in the tree.
I mean... as if? The concept is so mind blowing, yeah?
For Christmas she sent me an ornament of a koala sitting in a gum tree... among other things. It was the sweetest thing I'd ever seen. <3
Oh, you two look so very happy :-) What a beautiful picture.
I didn't realize Koala's weren't in your backyard. For some reason I pictured you and kezza taking tea and watching the kangas jump by, but you're much closer to my neck of the woods where we have deer and coyotes roaming about.
There was a coyote in my backyard a few nights ago, as a matter of fact!
There are rabbits nesting under Elizabeth's playset, twenty gazillion squirrels across the street, deer who drop by pretty regularly, a pair of Ted-Tail Hawks who nest close by, a Great-Horned Owl who hangs about and lots of other little birdies who happen by.
My house is teeming with wildlife. It must be the corn. Heh. There is more than corn in Indiana. Who woulda thought?

What Kezza didn't tell you was I made it for her as a present! We both have one!

Now ... if I can just figure out how ...

Like Andi, at first I thought it was Kezza.... I had to look twice.

Thanks, BTW. We're all our own worst critics, yanno?
I guess I need to make myself another more distinguishable icon, eh?

It was my fault for not reading the icon. It said Jen2. I should have known it was you.
