You might not be eating enough calories for your level of activity...and a little bit more good fat might help the food you eat have staying power.
Also, in my experience it helps to eat a little bit every 2 hours regardless of hunger level and thus avoid getting to the point when you could eat your own arm...I joke about my six-seven meals a day: luna bar or cereal (7-7:30), oatmeal or fruit (10), main entree-sandwich, soup, Amy's burrito, leftovers... (12 noon), yogart or cheese (2), fruit or veggies with a little protein (4-4:30), after workout snack protein w/ a little carbs (7), dinner (8-8:30)...
Hang in there...everyone hits a plateau. I, on the other hand, know that my insatiable hunger is due to the small life growing in my uterus...you, of course, do not have that added complication.

I eat about 5-6 times a day already, so it's just been weird lately. Today I'm not nearly as hungry.
