I used to pre-order with YesAsia because their coupons are very flexible.

I had my problems with Play-Asia as well. A long time ago i orderer MUCC's first live chronicle, FUZZ and Kuchiki no tou. They had the first two items and send them after a short time writing me, that they'll send the album, when they have them in stock. And just shortly after that they had them again and sent them. But it never arrived. So i wrote them. And after a while i got a coupon, but there's not much on that site i'm interested in. XD

So they only gave you a coupon, but not a replacement?

Play-Asia's cheap, but it doesn't worth the risk.
I never have problems like that with YesAsia, so may be I'll switch back?!

Hm, they said i could get a replacement or a coupon with the value of the CD. I didn't had the money to let them ship the CD again with a better option, so i took the coupon.
Maybe it got lost, because after they shipped the first two items, they hadn't enough prepayment to send it. °_°

Yeah, maybe you should stay with YesAsia. XD

So you're not qualified for free shipping?
For me, the biggest advantage of using YesAsia and Play-Asia is the free shipping (and may be also they accept US dollar).
Or else I would have used CD Japan or HMV Japan.
