Not sure what is making today so special but I am feeling sad.  Crying for no reason sad.  I have crawled into bed to hide. 
Did call the doctor though.  Appointment on Monday...will ask about New meds/upping the dose.

I think you have a pretty good reason to cry given the recent happenings. I think your brain thinks about things when yiu're not looking.
