Today--yes, TODAY, Tuesday!--Don't Ask, Don't Tell was struck down.

Will it hold? Who knows? But this is a proud moment for LGBT service personnel.

Just as an aside, I'm a tad confused about what's happening locally. Witness this link from 365Gay.com--where the civil rights law passed with flying colors. That happened on the 8th of this month.
