I'd love to more than slap Ming Wu...he reminds me of Chin Yisou from Saiyuki! Evil evil evil!
If you search for Crush Gear Turbo on english google using the Japanese characters then translate the page...it will appear on Japanese wikipedia...the names will be loosely translated at times though -_-; but just use their names in kanji as well and look them up...that's how I learned of Iwanaga-san as Sean. On top of that U-YA/Carlos is voiced by Minami Omi.
You've seen the sixth Pokemon movie? Jealous! :p A friend of mine will be sending me lots of different DVDs and included will be raws and subs of Japanese Pokemon...including the movies! ^^
