It is just too damn frustrating that you cannot right-click-save on the imdb picturepages anymore. I have been trying to find alternatives for all the fantastic Harry Potter pics I found for almost an hour now, but I quit.

Does anyone know a way around the security??

Yes, save the entire page. Go to the folder where the images are saved and you can snag the image you're after. Generally it's the largest one.

Nope, I've got the page on my computer, but still I cannot do anything with it. I keep getting a blank page whenever I click on the picture, or try to print it out.

Well I see you've solved the problem for now, but in future, you can press 'print screen' on your keyboard and then paste the page into an image making program :)
