[Sits up suddenly on seeing Abel in the arena, watching wide-eyed as she tries to spot some way out for him on her end of the Sphere.]

Abel, what are you doing? Take that sword out and fight back!

It's all right, Miss Lightning. Please try not to worry about me, okay?

[He smiles at the sphere before returning his attention to the makeshift coliseum's other, much larger entrance. His tone of voice remains pleasant (and perhaps a little concerned).]

Have you gotten a chance to sleep, yet?

This isn't the time to worry about whether I'm sleeping or not!

[She follows his gaze toward the large gate across from him and then around her cell as if hoping that a way out had suddenly manifested. Can Abel even hold his own against those creatures.]

Listen, you have to fight back. Whatever comes out of there you have to fight it.

[He flinches a little at getting chewed out, and then a considerable amount more at the sound of a very unhappy, mid-sized dragon-thing charging out of the gate. It's still a great distance away, and busy snapping at whatever has prodded it out onto the field, so Abel is doing his level best to just... Sort of blend in with the rock wall.]
