I can't help what USPS does. I drop my packages inside afterhours in the drop off box and they always scan it in within 48 hours. If $10 was this big a deal I would have refunded you and let you keep the jewelry. I've been here for years don't "jerk people around" nor do I lie - so sorry you feel that way. Hope you love the jewelry.

You can't say they "always" scan within 48 hours when the shipping information did not change for eleven whole days. I emailed you and asked you to please inform me what was happening on July 22, and you ignored that email. I never heard a word back from you. Though the way you jumped on this entry, it seems like you have plenty of time to be defensive. Had you taken the time to reply to my inquiries as you said you would, I probably wouldn't be at all dissatisfied. However, you didn't. I was about to open up a PayPal claim until I happened to check the shipping information and see that your trip to the post office had finally magically set things in motion.

There is no postmark beyond what's written on the shipping label that was printed directly from PayPal. USPS didn't mark it at all.
