You know you have overdosed on pokemon (or any other thing for that matter) when you try to sleep and your mind still goes

"Go Torterra...."

"Switch back..."

"Torterra fights with leaf storm"....

Well, what else but play with DS when lying down flat on a hurt back?

Pokedex is good. At least easier to check the text book then search online. :P
