Couldn't have said it better myself if I tried!
The banter is a really big factor on both shows, isn't it? I did miss the J/D banter in S9 and 10 but hey, Vala filled up a bit of those big shoes left behind by Jack and she shone brightly at it.

I think I will take this challenge, tahnks. Just give me time.

I do love the banter, it always makes me grin like a fangirl. I did miss the banter in S9 and 10, but you know what? The banter in the earlier seasons was really the best. It was different when Daniel came back, I'm not sure how, but it was. Although I still loved it dearly, it just seemed... well, different, lol.

Yes, I love Vala. She is such a doll. And who else could irritate the crap out of everyone and yet still have everyone like her somewhere deep inside. :)

Oh yah, can't wait to see what you write. :)

Ooh! I think in JM's blog, there was a set design photo and one of the props was a turtle tank!

I'll try to do this too for my own fandoms but I have to say here and now that I love Daniel Jackson in each and every seasons, that I'm not a big fan of the boonie, and that Ba'al is hot and so much more interesting to me than Apophis ;)

Oh I do love Daniel in every season, don't get me wrong. But there's just something nostalgic about the first seasons of Daniel. All that wide-eyed wonder he had. He's become sort of jaded over the years, which is totally understandable of course, and he doesn't have that glorious reaction like he used. I know, things change and all.

Don't like the boonie! *swats* Nah, I know the boonie is an aquired taste. And I do agree, Ba'al is most definately hotter and interesting than Apophis, but I just love him anyway. And even more so after seeing Peter Williams in Chicago. *sighs*

Mmmm, Icon was definately about the armporn!
