This is actually the best part of the ep for me. I don't like stupid-geek!Daniel, I've never have. Mostly, I don't believe for one second that he and Carter would have been so different in this timeline/AU/whatever, particularly when I look at RDA and wonders if it's because his ego was too big that he didn't play the fool like the other two. Not sure I make much sense but I really don't like the geek look of this ep (I did like a lot more the geek in tweed of the first seasons)

I truly wonder if MS really has any comprehension of how damn hot he can look! He never acts vain in public, so he is either truly not conceited and/or egotistical, or is truly one hell of an actor.

Anyway.... *drool, drool, drool*

I kinda liked the geekDaniel and Sam, but I also saw that is was overdone too. Jack never would have been like that, so I felt he was still in character. But I do see what you mean. While I see that Daniel could have been relegated to that kind of work and Sam as well, I don't see that they would have turned so wimpy either.

Geek of early days ruled. :) The science twins!
