TUMOR!

You forgot to mention the crazy people who showed up on your porch, last weekend... *shifty eyes*

I'm seriously considering telling my brother to shove it and coming down for Cas. He doesn't want an animal that poops inside the apartment.

By that reasoning, he should be out on the curb!

Also, when are we taking bets for the tree to take a tumble?

I wasn't sure if you all wanted me to mention you two came down for a visit.

Oh, Jimmy. *shakes head*

They climb up the middle part, so I don't think it'll tumble.

Also, I forgot to pay for my icons. :|

If you want to publicly admit you let me in your house, feel free to tell the world. :D

Make up your minds quick! Mini-Me is taking posters of them to school tomorrow. Her vet teacher is going to put them up in the classroom, and Mini-Me is being very selective on who will take them home.

I trust her judgement. ♥

We (and by that, I mean -I-) aren't really budgeted for vets and such, at present. :( *icon*

You can always use the county Humane Society clinic, they're cheaper than a private vet, if you kidnap Cas. ;)

'm excited at the prospect of getting the child hyped up on sugar and giving him/her back to Chris.
AWESOME! Enjoy!

The cats are adorable. Heck, if I thought we could take another, I might be driving across to get one, but the two we have right now don't entirely get along; we can't possibly get a third (as I had to tell Brilliant Husband the other night when he saw a photo somewhere of a cat up for adoption).

The mortgage thing is unbelievable. I hear that in Canada, they don't resell mortgages like this. Why do we?

Thanks!

That's too bad. We really want to make sure these guys end up in good homes, but I understand.

I have no idea why we allow it, but it's such a hassle. After I read the letter, I laughed because it was all I could do at the time.

At least your neighbors aren't keeping an intact female they can't afford to feed just so they can sell the kittens. We have a neighbor who's doing that. As soon as we can, I plan on stealing that momma cat. She deserves better.

It's till debatable whether or not they own Belle. She does spend time in their yard and the neighbors do feed her, but I don't think they even care. They haven't knocked on my door to inquire about the kittens.

That's awful. Poor momma cat. Good on you for wanting to give her a better life.

Yeah, we brought momma cat in last night. When we came home, she came up to the porch and was panting because they didn't give her any water. She's my cat now. At least, she's mine until she weans the next litter and I can get her spayed so I can find a new home for her.

Some people just infuriate me.

What the hell is wrong with these people? How can they not give a nursing cat water? I'm glad you took her in.

I hear ya!

So, time to catch up on my life. First off, the biggest news of all! I'm going to be a grandmother!
congrats! you should start buying geeky baby stuff now. because it's never too early to get them interested in fan-ish stuff. IMHO.

Hubby got a permanent job that pays nearly what he was making before and with great benefits! We're so thankful.
yay!

Thanks! Oh, I plan on being one of those geeky grandmothers. Luckily, my son is a geek, so I wont' have a problem introducing the baby to Star Wars, Star Trek, Stargate, Firefly, Supernatural, Tin Man, Eureka, Warehouse 13, Doctor Who, etc.

Cas and Sam are cuddle bugs. They love to curl up next to us and go to sleep (they love the contact). Dean is a bit more independent, but he loves to play.
