Hurricane season: Weather gal this morning said what we have had so far matches 2005 weather patterns. Better decide on the packing list in case I need to run to Texas.

I saw part of the last episode, but I couldn't last. I was also watching this odd movie called Hunger. It was brutal and pretty darn close to the kind of treatment Garrett, Mason, Brent, and Travis face in their 'prisons'. While I was glad to see I wasn't too far off with prison brutality, it's frightening to know this still goes on in many parts of the world.

Just a bit of warning, not only for the heavy does of violence in some parts, but there's male nudity of the frontal kind. I saw parts of it, now I want to see the whole movie.

I keep hearing that it's predicted we'll have another 2005 season, which I hope doesn't happen. But, whatever happens, happens.

I'm amused that the last hurricane name on the list is 'Walter'. *snort*

Never seen the Hunger and the work computer doesn't like that link. Never seen that message before. They were making the way up to the Eagle's Nest when I finally turned the TV off.

My gosh̉-the picture of that sinkhole is extraordinarily. And the article says it was caused by a bad drainage system that opened another one like it previously!

I'm of course behind on DW because I'm watching on BBCA, but I haven't been very happy so far this season (through "Vampires of Venice"), and I keep seeing my friends who are further along apparently upset about something(s). . . .

I hope Chris feels better soon!
