Now is it just me, or did the costume department have a hard time fitting Tom Baker's hair under the skull cap?

I'm not sure if it was that or that is just showing the Doctor's lackadaisical approach towards the Council. :p Or no one cared how his hair looked.

I was going to do this but I must have moved pics I had to my external drive or something as I cannot find any. I have tons of gifs but everyone is doing actual pictures so I am saying nah.

I did that around the beginning of Tennant's first series. The pics came from an online game you can play. I don't think they (BBC) have it up anymore.
