I even considered other characters I might prefer to be stuck with and decided that if I were stuck ALONE and with the BOOK, that would be best! LOL!

Hi there!

OMG! Easiest question ever!

Tigger is going to do one of two things. He's either going to show you how good he is at bouncing up and down in a stuck elevator, or he's going to show you how absolutely expert he is at elevator repair. "We Tiggers are very good at unstucking 'lellafaters, don'tcha know?!".

Either way, it's multi-story drop to certain doom.

Eeyore is just going to plop down and wait to die of starvation. Oh sure, it's going to depressing as all hell, but depressing won't get you squashed in a falling metal box.

Clearly you've given this waaaaay more thought that I did. I hadn't considered the "multi-story drop to certain doom."

Hi there!

Actually, the scary thing is that I didn't give it ANY thought. My brain immediately envisioned death and/or dismemberment when imagining being trapped in an elevator with Tigger vs. listening to Eeyore kvetch. :P

Well, there it is then. Rather than being trapped in an elevator with THEM, I choose to be trapped with you. You would be both entertaining and appropriately cautious, which strikes me as ideal trapped-in-elevator-companion behavior.

I think your answer here is the best possible answer ever. Win!

I've always loved Eeyore, actually dakiwiboid October 14 2008, 14:53:24 UTC
although, my favorite characters as a child were Wol (Owl, with his own spelling) and Christopher Robin.

I think I'd just cuddle Eeyore, and we'd wait to be rescued. Given enough sympathy, he'd shut up and we could take a nap.

Tiggers are actually depressing when you have to spend a lot of time with them.

I really considered Christopher Robin, but the fact is I just don't like children that much. And I feel like I spend a lot of my time each day fighting other people's negativity, so Eeyore wouldn't be great for me. And Tigger? Just NO.

There are times, though, when I think Eeyore got a bad rap dakiwiboid October 14 2008, 20:39:34 UTC
There really are days when you're eating thistles in a barren field with the snow falling on you after your tail's been stolen.

I've had days like that, and around some people, if you say anything at all about what's wrong with you, it's negativity.

These are generally the sorts of people who very perkily stab everyone around them in the back, but in a totally positive manner, of course. They, of course, all like Tigger.
