Shirley Guilfoy's Dill Green Tomatoes
Select small firm green tomatoes
Pack in sterilized jars
To each, add:
1 clove garlic
1 stalk celery
1 hot green pepper
1 head of dill
Combine 2qts water
1 qt cider vinegar
1 c salt
Cook for 5 minutes
fill jars to 1/2" from top seal
makes about 3 gallon Cherry tomatoes
