If I remember correctly from my days of online dating, everyone says they go to the gym at least three times a week, couldn't live without their ipods and their favorite books are the Da Vinci Code. I'd avoid the generic.
And, this one should not have to be said, but I've seen it in too many profiles: No mention of past exes or being wounded or broken in any way.
