Local elections and me

I have to admit, I find it a little worrying that in my area for the upcoming elections there are candidates for the both the BNP and the UKIP. I'm not fond of people voting for either a bunch of racist idiots or a bunch of idiots. I'm not even too sure I trust the general populous with the right to vote when it comes down to it. My problem with the Greens is that even though they are expanding these days they are still very much a single policy party and you can't run a government like that...

Well, perhaps so. But at least they have a clear policy in mind that makes sense and is generally to the betterment of society so far as I understand it.
