Mini_Wrimo 2016

This is a comm for people for whom NaNoWriMo is a bit too much, but who still want to try to write a certain number of words each day in November.

Sign-ups end October 30!

I usually do picowrimo in November which is similar--but we post short excerpts every day which is fun.

I need all the help I can get to get going!

That sound right up my alley! 50,000 words as in nanowrimo is way too much for me, but I like the idea of doing something similar.

Hmm... I joined, was accepted, went to go look at the sign-up post (right now at 2am Swedish time, Nov 1st) and saw I was kicked out and that sign-ups were closed... Seems kinda obvious to me that you should keep the sign-up post open until the end of the first day, or at least until midnight Oct. 31st "american time" (they're what, 5 hours? 8 hours behind me?), but whatever....

I'm very sorry to hear that. I hope you have a good writing month anyway. Maybe a less formal writing comm like picowrimo could also be a help?
