What is it with all the computer problems lately? I had both my drives crash recently too. at least some is recoverable, though I'm not sure how much. Anyway, once you rebuild it, I'd recommend emailing yourself a copy of your bookmarks exported to HTML. This has the dual benefit of having an offsite backup and having them available with you're visiting people. (assuming that you use gmail or the like, anyway)
Also, an exported bookmarks list can be imported to del.icio.us. It's normally possible to mark some bookmarks as private, but I'm not sure if that's possible when importing a large group of them. You might have to go back and edit them individually after importing. (This is, of course, assuming that any of the bookmarks are things you don't want anyone to know you have bookmarked.)
