[The video feed clicks on to show a... pikachu. A pikachu with a little fur antenna between his ears. He reaches out and taps the camera, then sits for a moment, a disgruntled expression on his face. After about ten seconds of silence, the pikachu suddenly bursts into a long and vehement dialogue, accompanied by much paw waving and foot stomping. There's also a good number of sparks flying about as he rants.]
