[ It hasn't been very long, and she still doesn't really understand how a TOWEL is supposed to help anything. She's trying to stay calm, though. No luck finding Dahj with the other new arrivals, no listing of him either, but there are other ships, she's been told.

So she's been trying to familiarize herself with the guide. You know, to find out if the others are here too, because those aliens... not much help there. The last time she was this relieved to see that face, well, er... it was right before she turned into a living statue. ]

[ The shock on his face is apparent. He even falls back a step, leaning heavily against the wall behind him. And he reaches out to touch the screen with a soft sigh, a smile flitting across his face. ]

[ And here he was worried she had gotten blown up or whatever with the rest of Cocoon. ]

[ Relieved little exhale, and a nod, and a smile. All of those things. She's still worried about Lightning and the others, but this gives her hope, for sure. ]

Mm. Where are you? Did we both end up on the same ship? [ Is thinking that meeting up would be good.

[Okay, what with the whole black hole thing going on, to say that Hope is in a bad place right now emotionally is something of a MASSIVE UNDERSTATEMENT. As such, he doesn't really find himself to talk to new people and be all "Welcome to the Thor, you survived the end of the world, but it looks like we're all gonna die anyway so have fun with that."

However, that pesky optimistic side that has been installed in him by you, Vanille, Sazh, and his girlfriend has him constantly checking the guide for any good news or ways to defeat said hole. SO as he does that, he catches a glimpse of a familiar face...]
