[ Unlike many of the Thor residents, Remus remained unchanged by the Improbability Drive. He can't deny he wasn't thankful for it; he would rather not relive his childhood years. However, this meant a sudden influx of children at the Library. He rather enjoyed his job this month, reading books to kids and reorganizing the shelves after the children ( Read more... )

[is sitting right up in the front]

[and is probably the source of the most why would you even questions]

[even the other children seem to be giving him a moderately wide berth]

[informs Remus, and the group at large]

Arthur wouldn't have a teddy, that's stupid. He would have a dragon. A real one, not a plush toy. Kings need the right equipment to get the job done!

Teddies can't raze cities who don't pay their taxes.

Haa? What sort of king is he? The kind that marries his sister? It's appalling!

As well as I can-- no, put that down, that's a first edition, do you know how rare those are in space?!

I didn't know Merlin was a father!

Well, he wasn't-- or at least not Arthur's father.

[ he hasn't read a Merlin biography in quite some time but he remembers bits still, of course. What wizard doesn't know about the most famous wizard ever? Aside from his stupid, idiot friends of course. ]

(Oh my Merlin.

Moony, dealing with little kids who are insulting his books.

Well, think about it. Who's to say Arthur didn't have a teddy bear like those children? Have you found any records saying otherwise? These are very important issues. Could help us learn more about the man himself!

I'm not saying it's impossible, I'm simply saying I don't know the answer and if you encourage them they will ask more questions to which I don't know the answer, which inevitably leads to small, angry children.
