[Yuri and Repede appear to be on the planet, in somewhere that looks very much like a dog park. Yuri's sitting by a tree, just watching Repede and the other dogs. I have to admit it is strange to see worlds that are much more structured than my own. While my world had laws they were much... looser.

The only laws within Gensokyo define a non lethal form of settling disagreements. If that didn't exist, it's likely that everyone would have tried to kill each other by now. But really, other than that, people are free to do as they please.

Don't worry about it. From what I've seen, that isn't something that's limited to just one culture.
