I worked in the library for a couple months. Over half my time was spent looking for misshelved books.

People are so careless. Books are knowledge, knowledge is power, so in a sense a library contains power free of any bounds. You would think that people would be more grateful for such a valuable resource.

That is certainly one way to look at it. Though far too often the number of people who appreciate reading is quite small.
