That one's pretty tame, but there's a few different ways you can use it. If you're pissed off, it means you're mad.

You might wanna try something like, "Hey, fuckass, quit pissin' me off!" I mean, sure, it's not the most polite thing to say, but there's nothing wrong with having a colorful vocabulary.
