[It's not hard for Hope to guess why she's here. He moves a hand from the joey to take hold of hers and gives her a smile. The smile is genuine, but there's still a bit of sadness in his eyes. Though compared to what used to follow talking about Nora, it's a vast improvement.]

I will give you permission to place a memorial in my garden. [Well Youmu's garden, but what was Youmu's was ultimately Yuyuko's in the end anyway.] It is a lovely and natural place and there is even day and night.

Of course, it is important to have a proper place to pay respects, and back home my garden is a place for those who are waiting to be reincarnated. It seems only fitting that the one here should also play a similar though different role. That is of course if you find it to your satisfaction. I'm sure you will though, as Youmu is an excellent gardener.

Th-thank you! I won't make it too big and I'll put it where it won't get in Youmu's way, I promise. I won't come and bug you guys all the time, I just want to pay my respects every month or so.

Oh who am I kidding? Hope smiles and steps back to give her more room. He does give her a fairly genuine smile to prove that he's not in the deepest darkest pits of depression.]

Not real ones. Atleast I don't think so anyway. The Mermaid Lagoon is a stupid nightclub I got stuck working at this month. There are people there who dress up as mermaids to... entertain the guests. That's what my job is.

The guide screws up sometimes and signs people up for a job other than the one they signed up for. I... can't even remember how many times that's happened to me.
