[Today Komui isn't broadcasting another failure believe it or not. On the screen you can see him standing with his back to the Guide as he watches two very fast objects roll around and over an obstacle course. Ah Kanda~! Yes Mugen is fully restored. It might not be at the level of Zhu's handiwork but I think you will be pleased with the result either way. I would have delivered it sooner if not for the ummm incident at work.
