Perhaps Echo should choose a job with less...prose errors that require correcting next month.

[Yeah...an editing job should not need this many corrections in one stanza. Echo never ran through so many red pens before.]

Hi co-worker pishirogane January 24 2011, 21:27:09 UTC
[She's a small fan of good poetry, but this is giving her a headache. ... Wait, that was her... oh come on!]

Echo-san, do you have a spare pen? [I bought fifty the other day and they can't last this whole week of this...]

[Making sure to pick up one from the ever-shrinking unused row, Echo passed a pen over.]

Of course. [Yes, this job is complete murder on pens. So many lives lost.]

[Accepts the pen]

Thank you. [Back to work. What needs fixing? Who knows at this point. The paper is completely red with corrections and suggestions for improvement...]

So you think we'd be in trouble if we set all of these on fire? apathetickthx January 24 2011, 22:08:44 UTC
[And Echo returns to her work as well. When was her shift over again? Even this much writing was making her hand start to ache.]

[Thankfully not too much longer. Just need to finish this last poem...]

[...This one will take awhile.]

Oh, I see... But I think having work is better than not, right?
