So there was a whole holiday to celebrate a...new year. Grandpa used to know about it, I think.

He would...measure my height on the wall. I don't remember him doing it every year before he died, but I could look at it and know how old I was. Now I really don't know.

...Does anyone know how to figure out when your birthday is?

I was 15 before I...came on the ship.

It was fall on Earth, but when I came here it was...spring. Now it's winter.
