[ The feed starts and shows a shaky view of John. His eyes are closed and his head is slowly nodding.
Apparently being a school nurse is not very exciting. Add that to his lack of sleep during the recent medical crisis, and the fact that he's now sharing a room with Sherlock (and his 3am violin recitals), and you have a doctor taking a spontaneous nap on the job.
He must have been reading something on his Guide when he nodded off. The picture shifts slightly as the hand holding the Guide is dropping slowly downwards.
Eventually his hand goes slack. The Guide falls to the desk and the feed shuts off. ]
