Girrrrrrrrrllll shit! My hair does fall out! Haha not too bad.. but my drain used to end up clogged every time I'd take a shower (now that all the dead is cut out that hasn't happened)! haha if you can't tell I just use box dye :D
I have no idea about the jacket... My mom picked it up for me a few years ago. Sorry.
