Thanks. Irish-Gaelic doesn't seem to have a term for vengeful ghosts, so I went with "revenge"

Jim would make a terrifying vengeance-spirit, especially since he took his own life. This is a salt-and-burn-the-bones job.

That surprised me. I really did think Sherlock was going to come out of the grave. Poor boys :(

The origin of this story was John dreaming (during the Hiatus) that he is seized by Sherlock's restless corpse - but instead of being terrified he starts digging trying to free him. In reality though Sherlock's grave was empty and Moriarty was dead. This is just the kind of horrific prank Jim would pull if he was a vengeance-ghost.

I liked that line too!
