Another SiC piece, *flails happily* O.O Gaaaaah, Moriarty is scawy :(

Okay, I'm sorry, off-topic, but can you imagine if the Adder does get her hands on Watson and decides to keep him? Then there would be a three-way cat fight battle between her, Shear-lock, and Moriarty. Hijinks ensue. And I must ask, did you have this move (where Moriarty sends the Adder after anything the Baker fights) planned when you wrote Bohemian Rhapsody? If you did, excellent planning!

*Shivers* The ending is creepy. Moriarty is creepy and his back story is creepy. But in a good way! Well done!

It's downright terrifying, delving into the thought processes of someone that sociopathic and amoral. (I used Dick Cheney as a model - a real-life guy who lied my country into a needless war, caused untold damage, death, destruction, debt, and loss in two nations ... and all so his company would make a few extra billions to throw on top of the billions they already had. Every time I have trouble with a villain, I remember that Dick Cheney is a real person ( ... )

I love Moriarty's backstory. What an evil, twisted individual (Morarty, that is; not you...)!
Is it wrong of me to have sniggered at the line: "And here began my troubles."? Because, snigger I did. How he has underestemated both Dr Watson and Captain Shear-Lock! And I suspect that dear old dreary Admiral Holmes has a few tricks up his sleeve as well. Poor Moriarty is certainly due for a Comeuppancing of Biblical Proportions. In the meantime, your readers hopefully will have many adventures to read before you finally play the endboss card.
I cannot wait to read more about The Adder!

Thanks. It wasn't easy, going into that sociopathic mindset. (Destroy a million people during a 10-year unnecessary war that bankrupts your nation and turns another to terrorism - all so that a company in which you hold stock will make MORE billions on top of their billions, and make you a little bit richer to go with the millions you already own? ...Worked for Dick Cheney.)

You almost feel for Moriarty at that point. EVERYBODY underestimates Watson. ("Ha, a boring Army surgeon, he ought to make a quiet flatmate and he won't affect my life at all.")

I am actually working on the Tobago chapter - as I have off and on this past fallow year. I hope to have more published soon.
