When to Plant Guides

Does anyone have any good sites bookmarked for when to plant things? I'm trying Google with little luck. I'd like to plant a crossvine (zone 7) but am wondering if I'm too late in the year to plant and should wait to fall?

Are you planting from seed? If you're planting an actual plant...it's pretty hot for transplanting things right now (then again, this is when the plant sales are); I usually wait until fall, early enough for the plant to get settled in before winter, or otherwise I plant in spring.

This might help, as I use it in Zone 7. The University of Georgia put it together, which is right her in Zone 7. It's for the Southern (warmer) side of the Zone, but I've found it to be very helpful:
