very pretty! we had the same thing ... super hot days and a super dry summer. our morning glories are finally showing their faces now! they're not as prolific as yours though :)
same! I feel like they were turned off by most of the hot summer, but have only recently started to explode in bloom, whereas this time last year i was already harvesting seed pods. They didn't grow as tall this year, though. Still, I'm glad they're now looking healthier and happier.
I didn't plant morning glories and this was our first summer at this house. I doubt the last owners planted any either (they did absolutely nothing with the yard).
Yet, about a month ago, about three little morning glory flowers popped up. They're still out there too. I think I'm going to plant a bunch next year. I like them a lot.
