Two new maintainers for the community

I would like everyone to welcome edensgrief and nutmegdealer as our two new staff members for the community. They will be on-hand from now, through the spotlight period (set to begin on the 23rd), and for some time after as I am increasingly unable to devote the time and energy to this community that I would like due to my current health issues
