Strawberry Questions

Hello again!  I have a couple of questions on growing strawberries.  I bought a Topsy-Turvy for strawberries today and I was wondering around how much young strawberry plants cost?  Are they annuals?  And if I live in Zone 7, when should I plant them and hang them up?

i got my quinaults from the store that sells walls and they were in a good sized pot for only about $4. strawberries are perennial and you should probably wait until march at the earliest, depending on the temp.

If you find the right nursery, you should be able to get 4-5 crowns for just a couple of bucks. A little more involved than straight transplants, but cheaper.
