Bleeding Heart

Does anyone here have any experience with growing the bleeding heart plant? Are they invasive and hard to get rid of? How shady is too shady for them? I've done some googling already, but am hoping for some added, more concise input from you folks

They appear to be very hardy plants.
My bleeding heart grew bigger than I expected so I tried to move it about 1.5 feet away from its original location to give it more room.
It transplanted just fine but the following Spring it also grew in it's original location again. Now I have 2 plants (yay) and am just letting them be since it is obviously happy.

Oh how nice! So, they do spread, just not in a manner that would be invasive. Perfect.
