New home = new garden!

Hello all! I live in South Florida (zone 9-10) and I am moving to a new home with a HUGE yard! (Pictured below) Last year I grew a raised bed garden and it was pretty successful, but I found that some things need different amounts of water and space, so I think I might try to do several raised beds as shown in the first photo. In 2007 I grew ( Read more... )

Those raised beds are cool. Are you going to try the same concept at your new digs? That looks like a LOT of space to fill.

the picture actually only shows one third of the yard! I have to share the yard with my dogs, so I will probably only do 5 or 6 beds....

I got mine at Homedepot - Burpee
I had a very difficult time with Spinach and Romaine with the heat here.

Either a giant lake or a football (English) pitch! That is one big space to look after!
